Very fine, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with an 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives. Two-body, solid, polished, inner metal band to protect the movement, flat bezel, concave lugs. Black with applied yellow gold bâton and pyramidal indexes, subsidiary seconds dial. Yellow gold "Dauphine" hands. Notes Ref. 541 Was produced from 1939 to 1947, the majority in stainless steel. Very few examples are known in yellow gold.
