Accompanied by an original fitted box. Three-body, "forme quattre baguettes", No. 3428, by Tavernier (master mark), engine-turned. Gold cuvette with apertures for winding and regulation. Matte silver, engine-turned, brushed chapter ring with radial Roman numerals, outer minute chapter with dot indexes. Gold "Breguet" hands.
