“Bulletin 1st Class Lever Chronometer - Triple Complication” Haas Neveux & Co, Genève, “Chronomètre”, No. 15773. Made circa 1890. Very fine and rare, keyless, triple-complicated, astronomic, minute- repeating, 18K pink gold pocket watch with chronograph, perpetual calendar and moon phases. Four-body, “bassine et filets”, solid, polished, hinged gold cuvette inscribed “Bulletin de 1ere Classe de l’Observatoire Astronomique de Genève”. White enamel with painted Arabic numerals, outer minute and chronograph divisions, subsidiary sunk dials for the days of the week, date, months of the leap year cycle and the seconds concentric with the moon phase aperture. Gold “Louis XV” hands. Cal. 20’’’, maillechort, “fausses-côtes” decoration, 34 jewels, straight line calibrated lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, antimagnetic Breguet balance-spring, visible chronograph works, repeating on gongs by activating slide on the band. Case signed, movement and case numbered. Diam. 57 mm.
