Made in 1944 Very fine and rare, 18K pink gold, rectangular gentleman's wristwatch with fancy lugs and an 18K gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by an Extract from the Archives. Two-body, polished, inclined stepped sides, large fluted curved lugs, block crystal. Matte silvered with applied pink gold Arabic numerals and dot indexes, subsidiary seconds.
