Yellow Gold “Ref. 6098” with Gold Minute Track Rolex, “Oyster Perpetual, Officially Certified Chronometer”, Ref. 6098, case No. 947777. Made in 1953. Fine and extremely rare, tonneau-shaped, water-resistant, center-seconds, self-winding, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with black dial and an 18K yellow gold Rolex buckle. Two-body, solid, polished and brushed, screwed-down case back and crown. Black with applied gold baton, luminous dart and luminous dot indexes, outer gold minute/ seconds track. Luminous gold “dauphine” hands. Notes It is very unusual to find a reference 6098 in such good condition.
