Fine and rare, minute-repeating, 18K gold and painted on enamel, keyless, pocket watch with automaton jacks. Four-body, “bassine et filets”, entirely engraved with leaves and scrolls. Hinged gold cuvette engraved with technical details and foliage. Glazed gold-rimmed cover to view the movement. Small off-white enamel, gold paillon "shadowed" Arabic numerals, outer gold paillon minute divisions, subsidiary seconds, central paillon rosette, flanked by polychrome painted on enamel Chronos and cherubs repeating hours, quarters, and minutes on bells, the whole on a polished steel plate. Black “spade” hands.
