Very fine and rare, center seconds, self-winding, water-resistant, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with date and an 18K yellow gold Vacheron & Constantin buckle. Two-body, solid, polished and brushed, screwed-down case back, horn lugs. Case back engraved with the Malta cross and "Chronometre Royal". Matte silver with applied yellow gold and black faceted indexes, aperture for the date. Yellow gold and black “baton” hands. Cal. K 1072, stamped with the Seal of Geneva Quality Mark, rhodium-plated, "oeil-de-perdrix" and “fausses côtes” decoration, 29 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating free-sprung Breguet balance spring, 18K gold engine-turned rotor segment. Dial, case, and movement signed. Diam. 35 mm. Thickness 12 mm.
