“Tonneau” Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, No. 155550, case No. 283719. Movement made in 1909, cased in 1918 and sold on May 11th 1918. Very fine and rare, tonneau-shaped and curved, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch. Accompanied by an extract from the Archives. Two-body, solid, polished, straight lugs, screwed bars, "bombé" crystal. “Guilloché” champagne with painted radial dauphine numerals and outer minute track. Blued steel "spade" hands.
