“Astronomic” L. Lob & Cie., Genève, No. 17896. Made circa 1890. Fine, hunting-cased, keyless, astronomic, 18K pink gold pocket watch day, date and moon phases. Four-body, "bassine et filet", solid, polished, hinged gold cuvette. White enamel with painted radial Roman numerals, outer minute track with 5 minute/seconds markers, subsidiary dials for the seconds, the days of the week and date, aperture for the moon phases. Pink gold "Louis XI" hands.
