Very fine and rare, self-winding, waterresistant, 18K white gold gentleman's wristwatch with regulator dial, date and an 18K white gold Breguet buckle. Accompanied by a fitted box and certificate. Three-body, solid, polished, partly guilloché decorated case back, on a plain gold ring the names of the most famous royal and aristocratic clients of Abraham- Louis Breguet, reeded band, straight lugs, gold screwed bars, sapphire crystal. Guilloché silver with outer minute graduation on a plain reserve and 10- minute graduation in painted Arabic numerals on 5 cartouches, subsidiary hour plain ring dial with painted radial Roman numerals, aperture for the date. At 12, the Breguet medallion with "1747- 1997" and the number. Blued steel "Breguet" hands. Cal. 591 with double barrel, rhodium-plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 25 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock absorber, self-compensating flat balance spring, guilloché gold rotor.
