So-called "Jean-Claude Killy" Rolex, "Oyster Chronograph, Anti-Magnetic", Ref. 6036. Made in the 1950s. Very fine and rare, water-resistant, stainless steel gentleman's wristwatch with round button chronograph, registers, triple date and a stainless steel Rolex Oyster expansion bracelet. To be sold without reserve Two-body, polished and brushed, screwed-down case back and crown, inclined bezel. Matte silver with sunken silvered pyramid indexes and luminous dots, subsidiary guilloché dials for the seconds, the 12-hour and 30-minute registers, outer graduation for the days of the month, apertures for the days of the week and the months. Luminous blued steel "feuille" hands. Cal. 72C, rhodiumplated, 17 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock absorber, self-compensating Breguet balance spring, index regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 36 mm. Thickness: 14 mm. Notes Ref. 6036 Antimagnetic chronograph with triple date. - Produced in few examples from the mid 1940s to the early 1960s in 18K yellow or pink gold and very few in stainless steel, with various dial designs and hand shapes and with 4 different references.
