Very fine and rare, tonneau-shaped, jump-hour, 18K pink gold gentleman's wristwatch with an 18K pink gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives. Two-body, solid, polished, dedicated case back, sapphire crystal. Matte silver with painted radial Arabic numerals for the minutes, aperture for the jump hour at 12. Blued-steel "Breguet" minute hand. Cal. 215 HG, stamped with the Seal of Geneva quality mark, rhodium-plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating freesprung flat balance spring.
