Very fine, rare and unusual, center-seconds, self-winding, water-resistant, 18K pink gold gentleman’s wristwatch with cloisonné enamel dial and an 18K pink gold Ulysse Nardin buckle. Accompanied by a fitted box and certificate. Three-body, solid, polished, case back engraved with the San Marco symbols and UN signature, fluted lugs,winding-crown with the initials U.N., sapphire crystal. Notes Sea Battle of Trafalgar 2005 marks the 200th anniversary of one of the greatest naval battles in history between the English fleet and the Franco-Spanish fleet, which took place in 1805 near the Straits of Gibraltar, off the cape of Trafalgar. A very bloody battle led by the French flagship Bucentaure and the English flagship Victory under the command of Lord Nelson, left the famous mariner fatally wounded during combat.
