“Platinum and Diamonds” Rolex. Made in the 1930s. Fine, Art Deco, platinum and diamond lady’s wristwatch with engraved platinum bracelet set with several round diamonds and a small security chain. Two-body, solid, polished, band engraved with leaf-pattern, movable and extended fancy diamond-set lugs, hinged back. Matte silver with black painted Arabic numerals, outer minute divisions. Blued steel “alpha” hands. 4’’’, rhodium-plated, 17 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, self-compensating flat balance spring. Dial sigend Rolex. Dim. 12.5 x 25 mm. Thickness 7 mm.
