Very fine and rare, center-seconds, self-winding, waterresistant, 18K pink gold gentleman's wristwatch with date and an 18K pink gold Vacheron Constantin buckle. Two-body, polished, inclined bezel and concave lugs, screweddown case back. Brushed pink gold with applied faceted pink gold baton indexes and date aperture. Pink gold “baton” hands. Cal. K 1072, stamped twice with the Seal of Geneva Quality Mark, rhodium-plated, "fausses côtes" and “oeil-de-perdrix” decoration, 29 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, beryllium balance with timing screws adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and five positions, shock absorber, self compensating Breguet balance spring, swan-neck micrometer regulator, 18K gold rotor segment with ruby roller bearings.
