Fine and rare, water-resistant, stainless steel gentleman's wristwatch with round button chronograph, registers, tachometer, telemeter and a stainless steel Oyster bracelet. Three-body, polished and brushed, screwed-down case back and crown. Matte silver with applied yellow gold baton indexes, subsidiary dials for the seconds, the 12-hour and 30-minute registers, outer tachometer and inner blue telemeter graduation. Luminous yellow gold "alpha" hands. Cal. 72, rhodium-plated, 17 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock absorber, self-compensating Breguet balancespring, index regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 36 mm. Thickness: 14 mm. Property of an English Gentleman Notes Ref. 6234 Was made from the 1940s to the 1960s.
