Very fine and rare, 18K white gold gentleman’s wristwatch with an 18K white gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by a fitted box, the Certificate of Origin , an Attestation and a solid bronze medal to mark the 150th anniversary of the company. Three-body, solid, polished, hinged back, dedicated gold cuvette, gold screwed bars, sapphire crystal. Porcelain white enamel with painted Breguet numerals and subsidiary seconds. Black "Breguet" hands. Cal. 215, stamped with the Seal of Geneva Quality Mark, rhodium-plated, "fausses-côtes" decoration, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating free-sprung flat balance spring.
