Very fine and rare, unusual, 18K pink gold, gentleman's wristwatch with an 18K pink gold Patek Philippe buckle and the original certificate. Two body, solid, polished, flame lugs, rounded band. Brushed silver with applied pink gold dart and dot indexes and Arabic 12, outer minute divisions, subsidiary seconds dial. Pink gold baton hands.
