Three-body, solid, polished, bezel with serrated edges, downturned lugs, back numbered and engraved: “1938, The Omega Museum Collection, The Pilot´s Watch, Collector`s Series No. One, sapphire crystal. Black with luminous painted Arabic numerals, outer minute divisions, outermost revolving silvered ring for flight duration timing, subsidiary seconds. Luminous “skeletonized” hands. Cal. 2200, rhodium-plated, 21 jewels, “faussescôtes” decoration, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock absorber, self-compensating flat balance spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 40.5 mm. Thickness 12 mm.
