"Square Art Deco Mirror" Léon Hatot, Fabricants, Paris, (ATO), No. 97730. Made circa 1936. Fine and rare, large, Art Deco, mirrored glass and "bakelite", electric mantel clock. Square, mirrored glass, slot-in base with black and mirrored glass supports, rectangular base, "bakelite" movement and battery housing. Square with etched vertical and horizontal lines, frosted Art Deco numerals. Black painted "Art Deco" hands. 91 mm., battery-driven, electromagnetic pendulum. Dial and movement signed. Dim. 33 x 40 x 11.5 cm. Property of a French Gentleman
