“Art Deco Frame Clock – Visible Movement” Léon Hatot, (ATO), No. 60435. Made circa 1933. Fine, Art Deco, glass, chrome and “bakelite” electric mantel clock. Rectangular, glass plate etched with three vertical lines at each side, detachable “bakelite” stepped Art Deco base. Rectangular two-tone silvered with black striped border, Art Deco numerals, the center cut-away to expose the movement. Black “baton” hands. Chromed housing, 91 mm., electromagnetic pendulum, battery contacts. Dial, case and movement signed. Dim. 54 x 22 x 7 cm. Property of a French Gentleman
