Very fine and rare, water-resistant, self-winding, tonneau shaped, 18K white gold and diamond-set lady’s wristwatch with two time zones, five world city indications and an 18K white gold buckle. Two body, solid, polished and brushed, the sides pave-set with 84 round diamonds, sides with engraved foliage, transparent back with four screws, sapphire crystals. Silver with applied white gold Arabic numerals, outer minute divisions, subsidiary second time zone dial at 6, aperture for the cities showing either Tokyo, Singapore, New York, Sydney & Geneve. White gold "feuille" hands. Cal. 2004-1, rhodium-plated, "fausses côtes" and "oeil de perdrix" decoration, 20 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, self-compensating flat balance spring, shock absorber.
