Very fine and rare, water-resistant, 18K white gold medical wristwatch with coaxial single-button chronograph, register, pulsometer and a white gold Ulysse Nardin buckle. Accompanied by a fitted box and certificate. Three-body, solid, polished, case back with 4 screws and embossed with a portrait of Ulysse Nardin, concave lugs, sapphire crystal. White with painted Breguet numerals, subsidiary seconds and 30-minute register dials, outer red pulsometer graduation. Blued steel "spade" hands. Cal. UN 38, rhodium-plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 21 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock absorber, selfcompensating flat balance spring, the coaxial single button on the winding crown for start/stop and return-to-zero. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 37 mm. Thickness 10 mm.
