Very fine and rare, square and curved, water-resistant, 18K white gold, “Bulletin d’Observatoire” chronometer wristwatch with an 18K white gold Roger Dubuis buckle. Two-body, solid, polished and brushed, straight goldscrewed lugs, transparent case back with 8 screws, sapphire crystals. White with bold blue-painted radial Arabic numerals, subsidiary seconds dial. Large blued steel “spade” hands. Cal. RD98, stamped with the Seal of Geneva quality mark, rhodium-plated, "fausses cotes" decoration, 19 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating Breguet balance spring, “swan-neck” micrometer regulator. Dial case and movement signed. Dim. 34 x 34 mm. Thickness: 10 mm.
