Fine and rare, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with triple calendar and a 18K yellow gold Vacheron Constantin buckle. Accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity. Two-body, polished, gadrooned band, claw lugs. Two-tone silver with applied gold indexes and Arabic numerals, subsidiary seconds dial, outer graduation for the days of the month, apertures for the days of the week and the months. Yellow gold “baton” hands. Cal. V 485/A, rhodium-plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 17jewels, straight line lever escapement, beryllium balance with timing screws, adjusted to temperatures, Breguetbalance spring, index regulator.
