Thin Five Minute-Repeater, "Extra" Movement Patek Philippe & Co. , No. 174246. Made for Tiffany & Co., circa 1920. Very fine, thin, five minute-repeating, keyless, 18K gold pocket watch with "Extra" movement. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives. Four-body, "demi-bassine", solid, polished, concealed hinge, the back with engraved monogram. Hinged gold cuvette. Frosted "champagne" with champlevé Breguet numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary seconds dial. Blued steel “Breguet” hands. Notes The inscription "Extra" on the bridge of the movement refers to the high finishing of all the parts of the movement.
