Ref. 1855, Steel & Yellow Gold "Prince Brancard" Rolex, "Prince Brancard", Ref. 1855, case No. 14303. Made in the 1930s. Very fine, flared, rectangular curved, yellow gold and stainless steel wristwatch. Two-body, bicolored, flared, polished and brushed, yellow gold stepped sides and winding-crown, steel case back and stepped bezel with two yellow gold bars on lateral sides, bombé crystal. Two-tone gold with painted Arabic numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary seconds. Yelllow gold "Alpha" hands. Notes Prince Brancard The "Prince Brancard" is certainly the most elegant of the Rolex form wristwatches: rectangular, flared and slightly curved to better fit the wrist anatomy. These first models of Prince Brancard were produced from 1929 to 1935.
