Fine and extremely rare, center-seconds, self-winding, water-resistant, stainless steel and pink gold wristwatch with stainless steel and pink gold riveted Oyster bracelet. Accompanied by original fitted box, guarantee (now void) and a bulletin de marche. Three-body, two-tone, polished and brushed, screwed-down case back, pink gold reeded bezel with faceted indexes, pink gold screwed-down winding-crown, steel case. Black laquered with applied luminous dot indexes and two perpendicular painted lines for 3, 6, 9 and 12 indication. Pink gold "dauphine" hands. Cal. 1560, rhodium-plated, 26 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, 5 adjustments, shockabsorber, self-compensating flat balancespring. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 34 mm. Thickness 11 mm. Approx. overall length 200 mm. Notes Ref. 1008 This reference was produced from 1961 to circa 1966 only, in steel and gold and in 14K gold, and featured this special dial, socalled “Zéphir” by collectors.
