Very rare, fine and interesting, water-resistant, center seconds, self-winding, tonneau-shaped, 18K yellow gold chronometer wristwatch with a gold-plated Rolex buckle. Three-body, polished and brushed, screwed-down back and crown, engine-turned bezel with hour divisions. Satiné silver with dedication inscription ”25 Years Service, Coca-Cola”, applied yellow gold baton indexes, luminous dots and outer minute/second divisions. Luminous gold "baton" hands. Cal. 1570, rhodium-plated, 26 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to temperatures, 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating Breguet balance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 34 mm. Thickness 12 mm. From “The Collection” Notes The present lot bears two reference numbers: 1003 between the lugs, which refers the specific characteristics of this watch, and 1005 in the case back. References 1003 and 1005 are identical with the exception of the bezel. The case bodies and backs were interchangeable at the factory.
