Fine, unusual and rare, rectangular, curved, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with ruby-set dial, and hammered and polished yellow gold Patek Philippe articulated bracelet by Gay Frères. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives. Two-body, solid, polished and hammered, covering on each end, a part of the case and the dial, curved crystal. Hammered yellow gold repeating the bracelet decoration, set with 12 small cabochon rubies for the hours. Blued steel "feuille" hands.
