Extremely fine and exceptionally rare, extra large, 18K yellow gold, keyless pocket lever chromometer with one-minute tourbillon regulator by J. Golay-Audemars, Guillaume balance, 36-hour power reserve indication, and a first-class Observatory rating certificate obtained in 1932-1933. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives. Three-body, “bassine”, polished, concealed hinge. Gold-rimmed glazed cuvette. Matte silver with painted black radial Roman numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock, power reserve indication at 12. Blued steel “spade” hands. 50 mm., 22’’’, rhodium-plated, “fausses côtes” decoration, stamped twice with the Seal of Geneva quality mark, 19 jewels, one-minute tourbillon regulator by Golay-Audemars, three equidistant arm polished steel cage and bridge, calibrated and counterpoised lateral lever escapement, Guillaume cut anibalbrass compensation balance, adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and five positions, 18 gold peripheral temperature adjustment screws, blued steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator.
