Very fine and extremely rare, 18K pink gold wristwatch with three-tone dial, square-button chronograph, register, tachometer and an 18K pink gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives. Three body, solid, polished, oval downturned lugs. Three-tone with applied pink gold baton indexes and Roman half-hour numerals, outer minutes and fifths of a second track, outermost silver tachometer graduation, subsidiary seconds and 30- minute register. Pink gold baton hands. Notes Ref. 591 Production of this reference started in 1938. Reference 591 is the rarest of the 34 mm chronographs produced by Patek Philippe.
