Very fine and very rare, rectangular, bombé, flared platinum wristwatch with diamond-set dial and a platinum Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives. Two-body, solid, polished and brushed, concave sides, shaped lugs, two-facet crystal. Brushed silver with applied diamond dot and baguette indexes, subsidiary seconds. Platinum feuille hands. Notes Ref. 1593 Production of this reference started in 1944. The reference was made in pink, white and yellow gold, with very few examples in platinum.
