Oyster Majestic - Observatory Rolex, "Oyster Majestic - Observatory", Ref. 679. Made in the late 1920s. Fine and rare, octagonal, center seconds, water-resistant, 9K yellow gold wristwatch. Three-body, polished, fluted bezel, screwed-down case back and crown, patent numbers engraved inside, wire lugs. Black with luminous Arabic numerals and baton indexes, outer 1/5th seconds scale with 5-minute/seconds Arabic markers. Luminous steel baton hands.
