Important and very rare minute-repeating, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with an 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by an original Patek Philippe fitted box, a service receipt from Patek Philippe and the Extract from the Archives. Three-body, solid, polished and brushed, inclined bezel, concave lugs. Champagne with applied yellow gold faceted baton indexes, outer dot minute markers. Yellow gold dauphine hands. Notes Minute-repeating wristwatch movements were originally made for two types of case. The first, the "savonnette" type, features subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock, and the repeat slide is activated in a clockwise direction. The second, the "Lépine" type, has no subsidiary seconds and the repeat slide is activated in an anticlockwise direction.
