Very fine and unusual, oversized, water-resistant, 18K white gold gentleman’s wristwatch with jumping hour hand and 24-hour “day and night” sector dial, 18K white gold Andersen buckle. Accompanied by an Andersen box and certificate. Two-body, polished, curved lugs, transparent back, sapphire crystals. Anthracite flinque, applied concentric semi-circular brushed chapters for the day and night hours with painted Arabic numerals, applied minutes chapter below. Double-ended white gold single hand with sun and moon terminals. 35.64 mm., rhodium plated, “fausses cotes” decoration, 20 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and five positions, self-compensating flat balance spring, shock absorber.
