Minerva, No. 52268. Made in the 1940s. Fine and rare, stainless steel and 18K pink gold gentleman's wristwatch with olive-shaped single button chronograph, register and tachometer. Three-body, solid, polished, flat bezel, hinged bezel and case back, concave lugs. Off-white with applied pink gold Arabic numerals and dart indexes, subsidiary seconds and 30-minute register dials, outer 1/5th second scale. Blued steel "épée" hands. 13’’’, rhodium plated, 17 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, self-compensating Breguet balance-spring, the single button is for start-stop and return to zero functions of the chronograph. Dial, movement signed, numbered on the case. Diam.34 mm. Thickness 11 mm.
