Very fine, rectangular "bombé,” 18K pink gold gentleman's wristwatch with an 18K pink gold Patek Philippe brick link bracelet with “clou de Paris” decoration by Gay Frères. Accompanied by the certificate of origin. Two-body, polished and brushed, hooded lugs, "bombé" crystal. Gay Frères brick link bracelet.
