Very fine and rare, water-resistant, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with round button chronograph, register, and a yellow gold Vacheron & Constantin buckle. Accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity. Two-body, solid, polished, screwed-down case back, overhanging teardrop lugs, antimagnetic cap. Matte silver with applied yellow gold dart indexes and Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds and 30-minute register, outer minute track with fifth second timing scale. Yellow gold "bâton" hands. Cal. 13’’’-492 rhodium-plated, "fausses-côtes" decoration, 19 jewels, straight line lever escapement, beryllium balance with timing screws adjusted to temperatures, Breguet balance-spring.
