Very fine and rare, extra thin, keyless, 18K yellow gold “montre couteau” dress watch. Three-body with very thin edge, solid, polished, wide stepped bezel, integrated semi-oval pendant. Champagne with applied yellow gold baton indexes. Yellow gold baton hands. Cal. 1003, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 17 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, flat balance spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 42 mm. Thickness 5 mm.
