Fine and rare, large, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with singlebutton chronograph, register and tachometer. Three-body, solid, polished, hinged bezel and case back, mobile wire lugs. White enamel with painted black Breguet numerals, subsidiary seconds and 30-minute register, outer 1/5th seconds scale with 5-second Arabic markers, outermost red tachometer graduation. Blued steel Breguet hands.
