Three-body, polished and brushed, screwed-down case back and crown, Triplock winding crown protected by the crown guard, graduated unidirectional revolving black bezel for the decompression times, case back engraved: Rolex Comex 6461, sapphire crystal with cyclops lens. Black with applied luminous round, baton and triangular steel indexes, aperture for the date, special imprint: COMEX. Luminous steel skeleton hands. Cal. 3135, rhodiumplated, 31 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to temperatures and 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating free-sprung Breguet balance spring, Microstella regulating screws, hack mechanism.
