Brevet du 7 Messidor An 9 Breguet, “Tourbillon,” No. 4782 C, movement No. 287. Ref. 3350. Made in the late 1990’s. Very fine and rare 18K gold wristwatch with visible one-minute tourbillon regulator and hand-engraved back plate, with leather strap and an 18K gold buckle. Three-body, polished, reeded band, concave bezel, transparent back, straight lugs with gold screw-bars, sapphire crystals. Guilloché silver with painted black radial Roman numerals on an off-center plain reserve showing the dual Breguet secret signature, visible tourbillon cage at 6 with raised crescent form silvered 20-second indicator, Blued steel Breguet hands. Cal. 558, with hand engraved decoration and the inscription "Brevet du 7 Messidor An 9", 21 jewels, lateral lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to 6 positions, self-compensating Breguet balance spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 36 mm. Thickness 9 mm.
