Very fine and very rare, 18K pink gold wristwatch with rectangular button chronograph, register and pulsometer scale, and an 18K pink gold Vacheron Constantin buckle. Accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity and a fitted box. Three-body, solid, polished and brushed, inverted bezel, concave lugs, snap-on case back. Two-tone pink with applied pink gold Arabic numerals and dot indexes, subsidiary dials for the seconds and the 30 minute register, outer minutes and fifths of a second track with radial Arabic five minute numerals, outermost pulsometer scale. Pink gold baton hands. Cal. V492, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 19 jewels, straight line lever escapement, Beryllium balance adjusted to temperatures, self-compensating Breguet balance spring, index regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 35 mm. Thickness 12 mm.
