Movado Yellow Gold Enenamel Dial Movado, movement No. 9807, case No. 286659, Ref. 8696. Made in the 1950s. Very fine and very rare, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with cloisonné enamel on a gold dial. Three-body, solid, polished, inverted bezel, lapidated bezel, snap-on case back. Black with “Sic Vos Non Vobis” color polychrome cloisonné enamel, outer dot minute divisions on a plain reserve. Yellow gold baton hands. Cal. C261, rhodium plated, 17 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock absorber, selfcompensating steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 36 mm. Thickness 10 mm.
