Made in a limited edition of 50 examples circa 2005. Very fine and rare, oversized, skeletonized, limited edition platinum wristwatch with a platinum IWC buckle. Accompanied by an IWC box and booklet. To be sold without reserve Three-body, solid, polished and brushed, transparent case back, concave bezel and lugs, sapphire crystals. Skeletonized. Blued steel moon hands. Cal. 98910, skeletonized and finely decorated, rhodium-plated, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, Beryllium alloy balance, shock absorber, self-compensating Breguet balance spring, extended index regulator. Case and movement signed. Diam 43 mm. Notes The F.A. Jones Squelette was made in a limited edition of 50 examples in platinum and 100 in rose gold, as a tribute to the founder of IWC, F.A. Jones. It was based on the historic caliber movement.
