Very fine and rare, rectangular "bombé", flared, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives. Two-body, solid, polished and brushed, concave sides, pillar shaped lugs, two-facet crystal. Matte black with applied yellow gold dart and dot indexes and Arabic numerals, subsidiary seconds. Yellow gold feuille hands. Notes Ref. 1593 Production of this reference started in 1944. It was made in pink, white and yellow gold and very few examples with polychrome cloisonné enamel dials.
