Very fine and rare, unusual, 18K pink gold wristwatch with an 18K pink gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives. Two-body, solid, polished, overhanging flame lugs, rounded band. Bronze with applied pink gold dart and dot indexes and Arabic 12, subsidiary seconds. Pink gold baton hands.
