Flyback 3H Heuer “Flyback Chronograph, 3H”, case No. 370278, serial No. 1550 SG. Made in the late 1960s for the German Air Force. Fine and rare, water-resistant, stainless steel military-type wristwatch with flyback round button chronograph and register. To be sold without reserve Three-body, polished and brushed, case back 4 with screws, back engraved: “Bund, 6645-12-146-3774” bi-directional revolving graduated black bezel, concave lugs. Black with luminous Arabic numerals, subsidiary seconds and 30-minute register dials, outer minute/seconds division with every five Arabic numerals. Luminous white baton hands. Cal. Valjoux 230, rhodium-plated, 17 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock absorber, self-compensating flat balance spring, index regulator. Dial and case signed, movement numbered. Diam. 43 mm. Thickness 13 mm. Notes This reference was first introduced in 1967. The last 4 stock numbers engraved on the case back relates if the watch was delivered with accessories or not.
