Very fine and very rare, rectangular curved, 18K white and yellow gold wristwatch with an 18K white gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives. Two-body, massive, polished, hinged case back, yellow gold frame bezel, white gold case and back, stepped hooded lugs. Silvered with applied white gold large Arabic numerals, subsidiary seconds, outer minute track. White gold éventail hands.
